Enabled small businesses to connect with new customers using WhatsApp. One of the efforts involved redesigning the entire ad creation flow in a way that helps users better understand how, why and when to promote their businesses. I also self-started their first ad design system, which accelerates designers and ensures we launch consistent and scalable experiences.

Launched new ways for people to discover and share apps on Facebook, Instagram and Messenger. I designed the first Meta app installer, allowing customers to download apps with a new Meta-branded experience, and developers to bypass Apple and Google app store fees.
